 Whether your reception is a small intimate gathering with your closest friends and family, or the biggest party for both sides of the family, we can bring your vision to life. Our goal is to make sure you have no stress, so that you can enjoy the evening with your friends, family, and everyone that is important to you.

More and more couples are deciding to have their ceremony on-location all at one venue, whether in Evansville, Newburgh, Owensboro, or anywhere else.  Watts Entertainment can help choose and provide any music needed for the Prelude and Ceremony. Additional, high-quality sound will be available for those special words so of your guests can hear the best parts! Need help with ceremony coverage at a remote location to the ceremony? Not a problem at all. Battery-powered systems are even available for the super boutique and unique locations.

  Contact us (by phone, email or the contact us form on this site) and set up your initial consultation with us.

 02 Meet with us

 Meet with us in person, OR virtually - using FaceTime (or any virtual platform) to discuss your celebration, pricing, and to see if we are the right fit!


 Your date is on hold for one week after you meet with us. If you're ready to move forward Book us! To secure your date, a signed contract and a $300 retainer is required.

 03 Plan with us 

 The planning process begins... we are  here to help  you every step of the way.  We will give you time to  begin  planning your celebration via our online  forms  (choose your music and create a  timeline of events). 

Planning is super easy...1 month before the event, to finalize your celebration details.

We will go over your music selection, event festivities, and timeline of events.

When the big day arrives and you can rest assured that Watts Entertainment has your back. 

It's Celebration time...


Larry Watts DJ’d our wedding May 2019 at the 4H fairgrounds. I heard about his services through a friend and was beyond pleased with how organized, professional, and on top of things Larry was with our song list. He even went out of his way to label CDs with a typed out sheet including our song lists we needed for our ceremony. Larry also went above and beyond at helping us plan out how to flow of the reception would go. Everyone loved the music selection and for weeks after our wedding, people came up to us commenting on how they loved the music and that DJ Larry was fun.
